We hereby declare that we do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, as we are neither obliged nor willing to do so.

According to § 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we as service providers are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, as service providers, we are not obligated under §§ 8 to 10 TMG to monitor transmitted or stored external information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the time a specific legal violation becomes known. Upon becoming aware of any legal violations, we will remove such content immediately.
